Elinor Trier is an artist and illustrator known for her vibrant use of colour. She works with multiple mediums including acrylic, gouache, ink, pastel, colour pencil, and most recently, collage. She uses a lot of metaphor in her work, which often deals with complex emotional themes, and she is deeply inspired by the human experience. Other inspirations include cats, the sea, literature, and the concept of magic in ordinary moments.

Elinor’s work has appeared in multiple publications, including books, magazines, and digital; and has been exhibited in a number of group and solo shows, both in the UK and Denmark.

Originally from the UK, Elinor has lived in Copenhagen since 2015. She holds degrees in Art History and Literature, and runs her own marketing consultancy alongside her art career.
